The Role

We're looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our brand new Wokingham team as Clinical & Client Success Co-Ordinator -- a unique hybrid role that blends clinical nursing with client care and operational coordination.

You'll spend around 25% of your week in clinical work (supporting GA, pre-med, recovery, and surgery prep) and 75% managing client experience and practice operations.

This is a pivotal role that ensures both our clients and our team are supported -- maintaining Luna's high standards of organisation, communication, and care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical (approx. 10 hours per week):

Deliver our free Luna dental health assessments, Patient admits and discharges, Supporting the wider RVN team if required with pre med, general anaesthetic monitoring, digital dental charting and delivering exceptional clinical care for patients during procedures and recovery.

Client Success & Operations (approx. 30 hours per week):

Manage the clinic's WhatsApp messages and client communications. Book and coordinate client appointments. Take inbound calls. Request and organise patient histories efficiently. Oversee client management, including cancellations, follow-ups, and resolution of any challenges. Manage the clinic inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-through. Oversee retail stock management and ensure items are well-presented and promoted, including championing The Luna Dental Health Club. Supporting with social media content and community marketing as required.

About You

You're a Registered Veterinary Nurse with excellent communication skills and a passion for both clinical care and client experience. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing hands-on nursing with administrative and client-facing duties. Confident using technology (PMS, digital dental charting tools, digital retail POS etc) and comfortable managing multiple digital communication channels. You thrive in a structured, calm environment and enjoy taking ownership of both patient and client journeys. You'll be a self starter with a can-do attitude who will thrive on autonomy alongside great communication with the Luna founders, You're collaborative, approachable, and genuinely care about helping the team, patients, client and practice succeed.

Working Hours & Flexibility

This is a full-time (40-hour) on-site role, typically structured as 2 hours clinical and 6 hours client support per day.

We're open to flexibility for the right candidate -- for example, adjusting start/finish times or allowing occasional remote hours
