Clinical Lead

Location: EX32 0QT
Hours: 30 hours per week | 4 days a week (Monday-Tuesday & Thursday-Friday) | Office-based
Pay: 27.78 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Clinical Lead

to oversee clinical operations and support high-quality care in our nursing home. This role is perfect for a senior nurse with leadership experience who wants a structured office-based schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care. Oversee compliance with NMC and CQC regulations. Support staff training, development, and performance management. Monitor and improve clinical practices, policies, and procedures. Act as a point of contact for clinical governance within the home.
Requirements

Valid NMC registration

as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Minimum

10 years' experience

in a nursing home. At least

4 years in a leadership or managerial role

. Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Commitment to maintaining excellent care standards.
