Bradley Court is a modern, 12-bed nursing home specialising in the care of adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Opened in August 2020 in partnership with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, our service is purpose-built to support individuals with complex needs in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.

The Role




At Healthcare Ireland we pride ourselves on the quality of our resident care, which begins with our clinical standards. The Clinical Lead is a nursing position, responsible for the continuous improvement of person - centred care in our Homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice.


This is a leadership role, working closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and care team to provide guidance and support on the clinical requirements of the Home.

About The Role



The Responsibilities:



Provide clinical support to qualify nurses. Provide guidance and support around person centred care planning and documentation. Provide guidance and support around the management of medicines within home. Assess competency of qualified Nurses and develop individual plans. Conduct audits within the services where required and provide detailed feedback. Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager.

This role will be fully supernumerary.

Required Criteria



Right to work in the UK. Minimum 2 years' experience as a UK NMC Registered Nurse. Previous experience in a clinical leadership role within a care home or similar residential care setting. In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, care home standards, and best practices in elderly care. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to mentor, coach, and motivate care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Proficient in care planning, documentation, and medication management processes. Sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and crisis management skills. Commitment to promoting dignity, autonomy, and well-being for residents.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities within a dynamic care environment.
