We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Clinical Lead
to join the team at Mary House. This position is ideal for a motivated nurse with strong leadership skills and experience in a home care setting. You will oversee the clinical operations of the home, support and guide nursing staff, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and help maintain a high standard of care for all residents.Working Hours:
Total of
34.5 hours per week
, consisting of:1 long day on shift
as a nurseThree 7-hour admin shifts
Days and times to be agreed with management according to rota needs.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (NMC Pin required) Proven experience as a Lead Nurse or Clinical Lead in a care home setting Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills Commitment to delivering exceptional care and supporting team development
