22.00 - 24.00 per hour DOEWe are looking for an experienced
Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN)
with nursing home experience to join our night team. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical care, support staff, and ensure the highest standards for residents.Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee clinical care during night shifts. Administer medications and perform clinical duties safely. Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes. Support and mentor nursing and care staff. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NMC and CQC standards.
Requirements
Valid NMC registration
as an RGN or RMN. Minimum3 years nursing experience
preferred, ideally in a care home setting. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills. Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions at night.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 23.00-24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
