Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing patient care, ensuring high standards of nursing practice, and leading a team of nursing staff. This position requires a strong commitment to patient welfare and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Duties

Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care. Conduct assessments and develop individualised care plans for patients. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Provide guidance and training to nursing staff on best practices and clinical procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Liaise with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinical environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

On-Call & Operational Duty:

Participate in the on-call rota to provide urgent support and advice to care staff and clients outside of office hours. Accurately maintain and update client care records, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

Essential Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a home care setting within the UK. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
