We are seeking an experienced
Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to oversee clinical operations in our reputable nursing home. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of care while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities:
Provide
clinical leadership
and supervision to nursing and care staff. EnsureCQC compliance
and maintain outstanding care standards. Conductassessments, care planning, and reviews
for residents with complex needs. Managemedication administration, wound care, and clinical audits
. Mentor and train junior staff, fostering aperson-centered care culture
. Liaise with GPs, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.Requirements:
Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
.Proven experience
as aCharge Nurse, Senior Nurse, or Clinical Lead
in a nursing home. Strong knowledge ofCQC standards, dementia care, and safeguarding
. Excellentleadership, communication, and decision-making
