Job Overview

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care to patients within a clinical setting. Your expertise in medication administration and patient care will be crucial in ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

Duties

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans

- Review patient medical histories and medication regimens to prevent adverse drug interactions

- Provide drug information and counselling to patients and healthcare staff

Experience

- Essential:

- Proficiency in patient care and medication administration/Prescribing

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and prescribing

- Nice-to-have:

- Specialised training or certification in clinical pharmacy

- Previous experience in a similar role
