Job Description

NG Healthcare is a large, prestigious and privately owned complex nursing centre which provides nursing and care to 155 residents with a headcount of circa 350 employees.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Quality & Compliance Officer to join our friendly team with an immediate start available.

Key elements of the role are administrative; you will support the Senior Clinical Team to ensure all administration and clinical quality and compliance processes are in place and run efficiently. The postholder will be responsible for the compliance of resident safety incidents, safeguarding referrals and clinical auditing under the guidance of the Operations Director.

You will have Care Home experience (senior care role and above), an in depth knowledge of care planning, safeguarding and auditing and a good knowledge of the PCS system. An experienced Administrator/Officer with an understanding of CQC requirements and proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office package is key.

An understanding of our client group and the importance of great quality nursing and care is a must.
