Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programmes aligned with industry regulations and organisational policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Analyse data related to quality assurance processes, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Ensure HACCP procedures are correctly followed across all relevant departments, maintaining documentation and records. Collaborate with management and operational teams to address compliance issues promptly and effectively. Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, audit findings, and corrective actions taken. Stay updated on relevant legislation, standards, and best practices within the industry to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within Food manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP principles and their practical application. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to safety, hygiene, and quality assurance. Organised with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams. Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality management or compliance are desirable but not essential.
