About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring service quality, compliance with CQC standards, and maintaining person-centred care across our domiciliary care operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure service quality and compliance with CQC standards.
Conduct audits on care plans, rotas, and client files.
Maintain person-centred care principles across all services.
Monitor carer performance and support training initiatives.
Liaise with external professionals including Social Workers, Local Council, GPs, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare providers.
Prepare compliance reports and assist with CQC inspections.
Handle administrative tasks related to quality and compliance documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for multi-agency liaison.
Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports.
IT proficiency for care management systems and compliance tracking.
Experience in quality assurance or compliance within health and social care is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00 per year
