We are known for delivering high-quality assessments and fulfilling NHS contracts. About the Role: We are looking for a Clinic Support Assistant to join our team in Exeter. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our clinic operations and supporting both our clients and clinicians.
Regular travel to educational settings for the purpose of observation and occasional travel to other Evolve sites may be required. Main Duties: As a Clinic Support Assistant, you will be play a key role in the completion of our MDT neurodevelopmental assessments. Your duties will include administering elements of the assessment, such as Qb testing, completing interviews with schools to collect detailed information and observations of children in their school settings. You will write detailed reports and records following these assessments and will present assessment information verbally within multidisciplinary meetings.
You will also assist with maintaining clinic organisation, and providing general administrative support. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication skills, analytical thinking, strong team-working skills, effective report writing and a proactive approach to client care. This may be a role that would appeal to candidates seeking a career in the caring professions (e.g. Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy) as it will give you invaluable experience of working alongside a range of disciplines and an understanding of different roles.
