Clinic and Training Manager

Full-Time | Up to 50,000 DOE Location: Fitzrovia, Central London

As Clinic and Training Manager, you'll work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations. You'll lead the team, uphold high treatment standards, and ensure the client experience remains second to none. A key part of the role involves coaching and developing the team to deliver personalised, results-driven treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
Oversee daily clinical and front-of-house operations
Manage bookings, team rotas, and performance using systems
Ensure compliance with health and safety and legal standards
Collaborate with marketing to optimise clinic occupancy and visibility
Team Leadership and Training
Train and support Aestheticians on protocols
Conduct regular performance reviews and tailor training plans
Maintain HR files, training logs, and certification records
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and learning
Treatment Quality and Innovation
Monitor treatment standards and client outcomes
Audit and update treatment protocols as needed
Research and recommend new products or technologies
Coordinate servicing of clinic equipment
Financial and Administrative Oversight
Oversee professional stock control and usage
Analyse clinic reports and CRM data to spot opportunities
Manage incentives and support growth targets
Work with Finance and Operations Managers to track revenue margins
Client Experience
Promote a five-star client journey
Address client issues professionally and efficiently
Build rapport with VIP and long-standing clients
Support marketing and client retention initiatives
Candidate Profile
Proven experience managing a clinic, spa, or beauty/aesthetics team
Strong knowledge of advanced skincare treatments
Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills
Confident using clinic systems and data to inform decisions
Highly organised, reliable, and results-driven
Positive, professional, and approachable
