Job Description

Position:

Evening/closing Crew Member. There are no educational requirements for this role as full training will be provided however experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is a plus.

Role Overview:

Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a positive experience. Food Preparation: Preparing and assembling food and beverages according to McDonald's standards. Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and customer facilities. Teamwork: Supporting co-workers to keep operations running smoothly. Following Procedures: Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

Key Skills:

Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting, team environment. Good time management and multitasking abilities. Friendly, respectful, and customer focused. Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Personal Traits:

Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people. Team player, but also comfortable working independently. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented, you are the face of McDonald's to our guests!

Working Conditions:

Flexible shifts including late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Standing for long periods. Will require lifting/moving items (trays, cleaning tools, stock items, rubbish bags etc.).

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work Monday to Sunday working shifts from 16:00 - 01:00. Please only apply if you can meet these requirements.
