As our Brand Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the label--shaping brand direction, storytelling, and creative campaigns across all platforms. You will work closely with marketing, production, design, and retail teams to ensure our brand presence is sharp, stylish, and seen.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence and drive customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will be tasked with conducting market research, managing product lines, and overseeing public relations efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand messaging is consistent and impactful across all platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for seasonal and core collections Lead photoshoots and oversee creative direction for digital campaigns and lookbooks Manage CRM platforms and email campaigns to grow and engage our client base Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to align product and promotional timelines Oversee content calendars, social strategy, and partnerships Track and report KPIs on brand performance and market impact You have 3+ years of experience in fashion brand management, ideally in menswear or luxury A proven track record with marketing strategy, photoshoot production, and creative direction CRM-savvy (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar), and comfortable working with data to drive decisions Collaborative, strategic, and full of fresh ideas--you're as comfortable on set as in a boardroom You know how to make a brand unforgettable, online and off
