ABOUT THE JOB:



Bradford City Football Club seek to appoint a

Club Handyperson

to provide efficient and effective caretaking support to Valley Parade, including maintaining the security and general appearance of the stadium and surrounding areas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:



Main Duties:



Working safely, and as asked to do so by the Head of Maintenance, undertake and complete minor repairs in and around the stadium to a professional standard. Working within your level of skill and competence, ensure that planned preventative maintenance in and around the stadium is completed to a high standard. Assist with minor plumbing, (i.e., including unblocking sinks and drains, etc). Assist with general painting and decorating of public areas. Assist with deliveries and general portering duties. Support with cleaning duties as and when required. Keyholding duties/responsibilities as necessary (i.e., opening and closing stadium areas). Maintain a safe environment throughout the stadium for staff, supporters and visitors through regular visual checks of internal and external areas. Ensure that waste disposal and recycling is carried out in accordance with all health and safety regulations and the Club's environmental policies.

Be an active, engaged and effective member of the staff team. Maintain a good understanding of the culture and values of the Club. Develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the Club. Act as an ambassador of the Club, promoting a positive image in all that you do.*
As requested by your Line Manager undertake all other reasonable duties.al expertise within a supportive environment.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Work Location: In person
