Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Steward or Stewardess to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As a Steward or stewardess you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Duties

Manage the daily operations of guest services, ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently. Provide exceptional hospitality by welcoming guests, attending to their requests, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all guest areas. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall guest experience. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Manage inventory of supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required. A genuine passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour
