Your Job:

Build and inspire a dynamic sales team, motivating and empowering them to achieve and exceed sales targets Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments for Clayton Hotel London Wall and Maldron Hotel Shoreditch Support & adopt a culture of lead generation across the hotel. Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate. Adoption of all available tools to support efficient ways of working including CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools and Solver

What You'll Need:

2 to 3 years of experience in a Senior sales role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment. A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment. Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues. Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
