About the Role



We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially savvy Cluster Financial Controller to take ownership of the financial management across our three fantastic properties: DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke-on-Trent, Holiday Inn Bolton, and DoubleTree by Hilton Elstree.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitability, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting operational excellence. You'll partner closely with General Managers and department heads to deliver strategic insights, improve performance, and uphold the highest standards of financial compliance across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the finance function across all three hotels, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements. Provide financial guidance and support to the hotel management teams to optimise revenue and control costs. Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end processes. Partner with GMs and department heads to review P&L results and identify opportunities for improvement. Drive efficiency through system and process improvements across the cluster. Support ownership and group finance with consolidated reporting and business insights. Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

What We're Looking For



Strong background with large single site or multisite experience Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Commercially focused with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. Ability to travel regularly between properties as required.
