As Cluster Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue and brand visibility for our prestigious London properties.
Your passion for hospitality and strategic mind-set will help shape impactful marketing initiatives across international markets.
Your responsibilities include:

• Management of the Hotel Budget for our London Cluster regarding Marketing activities/initiatives.
• Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Marketing Team regarding all the activities/initiatives to increase brand awareness and positioning efforts for the hotel portfolio.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for digital content updates and to develop tailored packages and promotions.
• Develop, execute and manage the annual Media strategy cost-effectively, preparing the following year's plan, and oversee digital marketing agency and paid campaigns
• Collaborate with Sales to tailor marketing campaigns to target accounts and regions; produce and update presentations and marketing collateral.
• Assist the General Manager in implementing marketing initiatives to increase business and brand presence, and support in managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which the Hotel is linked
• Act as PR gatekeeper with agencies; manage media enquiries, develop a customized program for national and international press coverage, and PR campaigns in the UK and London.
• Local press management (e.g., publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, sharing initiatives/press releases, event invitations); track and share press reviews
• Direct management and coordination of influencers, press/journalists in the Hotel and their trips, and preparation of dedicated promotional materials.
• Planning and coordination of photo and video shoots, management of sponsorship requests and local partnerships.
• Updating and managing the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos and promotions.
• Coordination of content development and editorial plan for the Hotels social channels.
• Identification of key Markets and coordination of strategic activities for sponsored social media campaigns.
• Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and tracking of ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Creation of an in-house calendar of events.
• Enhancement, in collaboration with the Director of Luxury Sales, of Marketing & Communication opportunities with relevant travel agencies and luxury operators (Luxury Travel Networks).
• Define the communication plan and calendar of events in collaboration with the partners identified for Food & Beverage management to increase local market presence.
• Participate actively in organizing corporate and client events, as well as organize and attend familiarization trips to increase awareness of the hotel portfolio.

• Relevant qualifications in Journalism Studies, Public Relations or Communications are a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Knowledge of the most popular social media platforms.
• Knowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencer.
