We are looking for an experienced laser and press brake operator to join our team. This is a full time role with overtime available, in a Burnley based workshop.

We are initially looking for candidates seeking full time employment, but may also consider taking the right person on a sub contract basis.

This role has the potential for a motivated and driven candidate to grow within the company.

Principle Responsibilities:

Operation of our Amada CNC lasers

Operations of Press brake

Setting of programs

Use existing programs and set tooling accordingly

Write new programs and set tooling accordingly

Maintenance of tooling

Health and safety awareness

Key Requirements

Previous experience operating CNC laser and press brake is essential.

Experience operating Amada laser is preferred but not essential

Good understanding of engineering drawings

Excellent organisational skill to ensure key delivery dates are met.

Full UK driving licence

Please note that this is a physically demanding role that involves a significant amount of bending, twisting, kneeling and crouching.

Pay: From 16.50 per hour
