Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm Total: 40 hours per week

Introduction:

We are a busy, well-established joinery business specializing in bespoke cabinet making. We are looking for a motivated CNC Machine Operator who values hard work, attention to detail, and has a strong work ethic. The right candidate will be eager to learn, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently. Assist cabinet makers and other workshop team members with various tasks. Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping around the workshop. Support other areas of the workshop, including packing and loading. Problem-solve independently when issues arise. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in cabinet making, joinery, or CNC operation is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of CAD software or SolidWorks is a plus. Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability are essential. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Eagerness to learn and develop skills within the joinery and cabinet making trade.

Competitive salary (13.00-13.50 per hour / approx. 27,040-28,080 per year). 40-hour workweek with standard hours (Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-14:30).
