We are an established and forward thinking Granite & Quartz worktop manufacturer looking to expand our operation and we are currently seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Machines for cutting granite and quartz materials accurately. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and layouts. Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation and safety. Measure and mark slabs accurately to ensure precise cuts and minimal material waste. Monitor material quality and report any defects or inconsistencies. Assist with slab loading, unloading, and proper storage procedures. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Ensure end of day procedures are followed

Experience

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining processes, including milling, welding, and assembly. Good Communication skills Organised & able to work on own initiative Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
