Salary

- 12.38 increasing to 12.71 following completion of 6 month probationary period)

Fittingly are continuing to grow and are looking to add a reliable and motivated CNC or Edge-Bander Operative to our production team. We work with bespoke fitted furniture and wood-based products, so attention to detail and care in workmanship are essential.

The Role:

You will be involved in operating CNC or edge-banding machinery to support our manufacturing and assembly process. Full training will be provided for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating CNC or edge-bander machinery safely and efficiently Working with wood and manufactured board materials Following drawings, measurements, and production instructions Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Supporting general workshop duties as required

What We're Looking For:

Experience with CNC, edge-bander or similar machinery is ideal However, any machine-based or workshop experience will be considered Willingness to learn and work as part of a friendly team Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
