We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components. Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines according to technical specifications and production requirements Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment efficiently and safely Interpret technical drawings Programme CNC machines Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of CNC equipment Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and movement within the workshop or warehouse Use hand tools and tooling to assist with machine adjustments or minor repairs Conduct quality checks on finished parts to ensure adherence to specifications Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with safety standards Assist in assembly, fabrication, or welding tasks as required

Skills

Proven experience in fabrication, milling, or machining operations Knowledge of machine programming and troubleshooting Mechanical aptitude with understanding of tooling, materials handling, and welding techniques Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely within a manufacturing setting Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and programming adjustments Experience with warehouse organisation or materials management is advantageous Strong attention to detail coupled with organisational skills to ensure precision in production processes Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment
