Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC milling machinery and a solid understanding of mechanical processes. This role involves working with precision tools and equipment to fabricate components according to specifications. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with knowledge of working with high spec materials.

Responsibilities

Operating CNC Milling Machines Translating the requirements of detailed drawings into measurements for production Performing proper set-up and running of machines, setting tolerance levels and cutting speeds Lifting & Slinging as required Fitting correct tools to active machines Inspecting workflows Adhering to safety requirements Carrying out first off inspections and always meet the correct specifications and quality criteria Application of ISO quality standards Maintaining safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintaining good housekeeping

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Miller or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of Fanuc or Mazatrol programming. knowledge of working with high spec materials - stainless steel to high temp alloys. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
