Shifts Available:

Double Days: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00

Standard Days: 07:30-16:30

Standard Nights: 18:00-03:45

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced and time-served CNC Machinists / Programmers to join our team. This is a hands-on role, programming and setting CNC machines directly at the control. Successful applicants will have a solid background in precision machining and a proven track record of producing high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities

Programming, setting and operating CNC machines at the machine control (Mazatrol or Heidenhain).

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Machining a range of components to tight tolerances, including large-scale fabrications up to 30 tonnes (for Heidenhain millers).

Performing quality checks using precision measuring equipment.

Optimising machining processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Working collaboratively within a busy production environment, maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.

Requirements

Time-served CNC Machinist (Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification).

Minimum 4 years' continuous service in a previous role.

Ability to program at the machine (Mazatrol or Heidenhain).

Proven experience as one of the following:

Mazak Turner

Mazak Miller

Heidenhain Miller

Heidenhain Miller with experience machining fabrications up to 30 tonnes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
