Pay:

$35-$42/hr |

Full-time | Onsite - commute required

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Programmer with hands-on setup experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in programming, setting up, and operating our 3-Axis Mills and Lathes to produce high-quality parts from blueprint to finished product. This is a hands-on role for a technician who takes pride in their work and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Program and set up

CNC Mills & Lathes (3-Axis)

Read blueprints and GD&T Install tooling and fixtures Perform inspections with calipers & micrometers Troubleshoot and optimize programs Keep machines and workspace clean

Must-Have:

3+ yrs CNC programming & setup experience Skilled with G-code and CAM software (e.g. Mastercam) Able to read blueprints, use precision tools U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship)

Add On (Not Mandatory) :-

Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens control experience 4- or 5-axis machining exposure
