. In this hands-on role, you'll set and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts, working with castings and other components. You'll benefit from a

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs
Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools
Follow engineering drawings and specifications
Maintain production output to meet daily schedules
Record scrap and inspection data accurately
Report any quality issues or equipment faults
Keep machines clean, safe, and ready for use
Support continuous improvement and quality investigations
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Previous CNC setting/operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Skills:
Able to read technical drawings and use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Mindset:
Reliable, quality-focused, and safety-conscious
Bonus:
Experience with castings or manual machining a plus
Flexibility:
Willing to train across areas and support additional duties when needed
