We are looking for an experienced Coach Builder to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a technical, electrical, or fabrication background who enjoys working on high-quality vehicle builds and conversions. Key responsibilities include stripping out factory fittings, fitting insulation, and installing secure, level subfloors with appropriate finishes. You will also handle bodywork modifications such as cutting and fitting windows, roof vents, and utility access points; installing external lighting, cameras and roof-mounted equipment; and fitting rear storage systems, spare wheel mounts and awnings. Additionally, you'll carry out first fix cut-outs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure each van is ready for the next stage of the build.

The role:
4 day work week 07:00-17:30 (Monday - Thursday).
Overtime available.
Bonus incentive annually.
Salary depends on experience.
Experience working with a range of materials- Wood, Metal & Composite materials.
General workshop duties - assembly & installation.
Representing and working alongside major brands in the industry.
Safe use of workshop machinery and power tools.
Safe use and handling of chemicals.
Problem solving on an engineering level.
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems (not needed but ideal).
The Applicant must have:
Coach Builder experience.
Mechanical experience preferable but not required.
Background in a technical/electrical/fabrication setting is favourable.
A transferable skill set and have a practical mindset.
The applicant must be able to adapt our structured ways of working.
The applicant must be able to follow strict industry guidelines.
An eye for detail and high standards is a must.
Hard work and a willingness to learn is a must.
All training will be given, tailored to the role.
Pay is dependent on experience with a guaranteed pay scale.
