VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading financial services organisation with the recruitment of a Sales Coach. This company has an amazing reputation and this is a great opportunity for any qualified Coach.

Shifts are held over Monday to Friday (Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm + 1 Hour lunch - Flexibility available if required). No weekend working. Permanent role.

The role will incorporate Hybrid working - 2-3 days Working From Home & 3-2 days Working on the Ormeau Road in Belfast. Equipment and full training will be provided. During the Training period this role will be based in office.. then Hybrid after training.

Having a Degree or Professional Equivalent or Coaching Qualification is essential to be considered for this role.

This is a brand new role in the business and there will be opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Coach will be at the heart of our sales organisation with the aim to maximise performance. You will do this by designing and delivering a broad range of sales interventions and coaching to our pensions and lifetime mortgage sales teams.

  • Train, coach and mentor the sales team, constantly improving their performance and detailing improvement through the management of shared development files.
  • Partnering with People Managers across HUB-FS to identify knowledge and performance gaps across teams.
  • Monitoring and analysing data to identify trends - ensuring coaching and training plans meet sales team needs.
  • Identifying gaps and risks across customer journeys and operational processes, raising the changes required to the relevant stakeholder.
  • Champion our customer\'s needs, be innovative and inspiring by identifying areas of improvement in the customer journey and our business processes.
The Ideal Person
  • Significant experience in a similar role / degree/professional qualification (education, HR, psychology, leadership)
  • Formal Coaching Qualification (essential) - ILM, CMI level 5 ideally but 3 plus
  • NLP Master Practitioner (desirable)
  • Significant experience designing training and delivering coaching interactions in a regulated firm
  • Experience of sales methodologies and a track record of success when using customer centric selling techniques within coaching.
  • Strong sales background AND strong coaching background - Preferred
