We're currently hiring for a

Cocktail Bartender & Server

a dual-role position requiring flexibility, professionalism, and strong experience in both bar and floor service. The ideal candidate will thrive in busy settings, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for hospitality.

Hours:

20 to 40 hours per week

, negotiable for the right candidate

Must be available to work weekends

, including busy periods like bottomless brunches and evening service
Responsibilities:

Mix and serve cocktails from our premium spirits menu with skill and consistency Provide high-quality table service, ensuring guests have a seamless experience Confidently manage high-volume service during peak times Maintain a clean, organised bar and floor area Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver efficient and professional service
Requirements:

Previous experience in both cocktail bartending and table service is essential

Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy shifts Strong interpersonal and communication skills A professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude Passion for hospitality, cocktails, and delivering a memorable guest experience
