Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations Adhere to responsible serving practices, ensuring guests are of legal drinking age and not over-served

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
