Who are we?

The Cheeky Tipple is a cocktail bar company, run by bartenders. We started out with just 2 guys and a caravan and have expanded our operations to a beachside bar, an events caravan bar, 2 pop-up bars & the facilities to delivery cocktail masterclasses with much more to come.

We love what we do, and as such we use only fresh ingredients in all of our cocktails to delivery great quality at an affordable price. We aim to challenge what it means to deliver service! We don't believe in scripts or traditional service, we have full faith in the autonomy of our team to use their personalities to win the hearts of our customers and have a laugh. The brand lies in our attitudes, and with it we put the 'Cheeky' in The Cheeky Tipple.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic

Bartender

to join our team. The ideal candidate has the desire to develop a passion for mixology, a deep knowledge of spirits, and excellent customer service skills. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, delivering an unforgettable experience, and ensuring a smooth bar operation.

Full training will be given by our Head of Beverage & Training on the fundamentals of cocktail mixology, its history & to build the skills required to innovate great additions to the menu. You will be mentored 1-1 by some of the most knowledgable cocktail bartenders in Weymouth to truly develop your expertise and nurture you into being at the top of your game!

Key Responsibilities:

Shake, Stir & Build a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages. Create and develop new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu. Provide upbeat and 'Cheeky' customer service and engage with guests in a friendly manner. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring hygiene and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Check ID to verify the legal drinking age. Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines to prevent over-serving. Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality service. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.

Requirements:

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Skills:

Creativity Driver as to assist the Mobile Bar side of the business when required.
