Starting Rate: 12.21 per hour + Service Charge & Bonuses

Total Earning Potential: Typically 14.50 - 17.00 per hour (inclusive of service charge and bonus scheme, subject to business performance)


About the Role

Mezcalito Brompton is seeking passionate and energetic Cocktail Bartenders to join our vibrant Mexican hospitality team. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced, and professional environment.


As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, engaging with guests, and delivering consistent, memorable service.


Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve cocktails and beverages to the highest standard. Deliver excellent guest service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and looked after. Maintain a clean, well-organised bar area and uphold all licensing and health & safety standards. Work closely with the bar and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a busy cocktail bar or Nightlife environment. Passion for hospitality, cocktails, and delivering great service. Team player with a positive attitude and high energy. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
