We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic event bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Your role is vital in contributing to the overall atmosphere of our establishment.

Big race day/nights looking to start around 12 midday to set up our mobile bar and finish up for 8/9pm. Great fun, great experience and a great opportunity

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service protocols.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
