Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively while providing top-notch service will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic maths for tab calculations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and drink preparation.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Basic maths skills for managing tabs and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe working environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests.
