We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for serving a variety of cocktails in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Serve drinks promptly, ensuring the correct presentation and temperature. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and tables. Assist with the preparation of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for helping others. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Bartending skills are advantageous, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
