Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cocktail Maker to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, from managing reservations to assisting with food and beverage service. Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Provide menu information and assist guests with their selections. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively. Support bartending operations when required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Participate in catering events as necessary, providing excellent service to guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Experience in bartending or food preparation is an advantage but not mandatory.
