We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Centre Director to oversee the daily operations of our Guildford centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, management skills and engagement skills with strong customer focus. The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery while fostering a positive environment for both staff and children.

Kids have blast and can't wait to come back. We are looking for a
Centre Director for our Reading Centre
to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Responsibilities include:
Manage daily operations of centre. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Follow up on leads, schedule tours and close deals.
Work with parents to define children's learning needs.
Provide centre tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the centre.
Able to perform sales of Code Ninjas after school programs to Parents.
Engage with children and families in the centre.
Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met.
Ensure the centre is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
Uphold corporate standards with respect to centre cleanliness & operational standards.
Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to centre dynamics.
Report weekly to executive team on progress.
Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the centre's effectiveness.
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the centre.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to promote professional development and adherence to company standards.
Contribute on promoting the business by engagement through social media and digital marketing.
Have local community engagement and participate in local events to drive business growth and awareness.
Qualifications:
Proven work history with children ages 5 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids.
Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.
Flexible schedule
Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Deadline and detail-oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably within a customer-focused environment.
Strong ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in analysing data and making informed decisions based on findings.
Experience in supervising teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and motivation among staff.
Previous experience in managing operations within a centre or similar setting is advantageous.

Typical Working hours
Term Time:
Weekdays: After School Hours, 4:30pm to 7:00pm.
Weekends: Saturday's 12:30pm to 3:00pm
Term and Summer Holidays: Host Holiday Camps
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
