Role Overview:

As the Assistant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of talented individuals to deliver top-notch service

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize efficiency

- Implement and uphold strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment

- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and customer engagement

- Maintain a strong focus on financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the food service industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Flexibility to work daytime shifts, with no late nights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
