Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry while working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, in accordance with company standards. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and engaging with customers in a friendly manner. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils regularly. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till system efficiently. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Assist with food preparation tasks when required, such as assembling snacks or light meals. Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.

Previous

Barista experience

is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates. Knowledge of

food safety

standards and procedures is essential. Experience in

customers in a fast-paced environment is desirable. Basic

Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends if required.
