We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in food preparation and hospitality. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal offerings while ensuring quality and presentation. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff schedules to ensure effective management of resources.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices. Previous barista experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques. Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff alike. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in kitchen operations or hotel management is an advantage but not mandatory.
