As ISS's first fully franchised Costa Coffee, the focus is on delivering not just exceptional standards, but genuine hospitality that reflects the unique hospital setting.
This isn't just another coffee shop--it's a moment of comfort for a loved one visiting a patient, a well-earned break for a busy nurse, or a small act of normality in a challenging day.
We're looking for Coffee Shop Manager who understand the emotional impact of thoughtful, heartfelt service and who are passionate about creating a welcoming environment that goes beyond the transactional to offer a meaningful experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the store team to consistently deliver an unbeatable coffee experience for every customer
Take full responsibility for health and safety compliance within the store, keeping updated on legislation and business guidelines
Ensure the store operates to Costa brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times
Manage stock and ordering systems to maintain 100% product availability while achieving budgeted margins
Analyse financial and performance data to maximise store efficiency, profitability, and WINcard measures
Control labour costs effectively and maintain compliance with company cash and stock security policies
Conduct regular team meetings to drive engagement and performance
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Management experience within a customer-facing or hospitality environment
Proven ability to manage budgets, including labour and key controllable costs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and coach a team
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
Passionate about the brand and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
Professional, reliable, and takes full ownership for results and performance
Driven to exceed targets and promote an inclusive and supportive team culture
