Nines is a brand new coffee shop seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Coffee Shop Staff. Our ideal candidates are passionate about coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. We are hiring for various roles including barista staff, kitchen staff, and cashiers, with opportunities for cross-training and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders efficiently and accurately. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages (Barista role). Assist with the preparation and display of food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and other dishes (Kitchen Staff role). Handle customer transactions at the till, including cash and credit card payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including tables, counters, and restrooms. Ensure the coffee shop is well-stocked with supplies and products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with inventory, restocking, and cleaning tasks.
Qualifications:

No prior experience is required; training can be provided (But Preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different coffee beverages and preparation techniques.
