We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant coffee establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, working as a team . Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily coffee shop activities, ensuring smooth operation during shifts Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service Oversee & preparation of beverages and food items, maintaining quality standards Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimise waste Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and hygiene standards Assist in training new staff members and conducting ongoing training sessions for existing team members Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring the shop is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in a coffee shop role within a hospitality or cafe setting is desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management and customer service Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to food service environments Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays if required Nice-to-have skills include barista experience, knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, and familiarity with POS systems . Preparing food , sandwiches , baguettes , breakfast & lunch .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
