We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Wholesale Manager to oversee our Roastery and Wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee industry, with expertise in speciality coffee and pricing. This role focuses on growing and maintaining our wholesale customer base, maintaining quality standards, and managing our roastery team.

Key Responsibilities:



Supplier Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating favourable terms.

Inventory Management:

Ensure optimal stock levels and product mix.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Team Leadership:

Lead and support the team to achieve goals.

Market Analysis:

Analyse sales data and market trends.

Customer Relations:

Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent support.

Professionalism:

Set a professional example, emphasising quality and efficiency.

Team Motivation:

Encourage initiative and problem-solving.

Workflow Management:

Oversee workflow, organise rotas, and ensure high standards.

Sustainability:

Uphold green credentials through suitable products and waste management.

Business Improvement:

Suggest and implement operational improvements.

Coffee Education:

Deliver exceptional coffee education and customer service.

Record Keeping:

Maintain wholesale customer records.

Equipment Management:

Manage equipment purchases and repairs.

Marketing and Promotion:

Provide social media content and create promotional material.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in the coffee industry, particularly in wholesale and roastery operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to suggest and implement operational improvements. Expertise in speciality coffee and pricing. Positive attitude and team-oriented.
