Coffee Shop Manager
5 days per week
No late nights or Sundays
Shop opening hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Saturday
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the shop, including food production, customer service, and staff management
Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to customers
Train and supervise staff
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop, adhering to health and safety regulations
Handle customer enquiries
Complete staff rota and manage holiday requests
Experience:
Proven experience in managing a busy shop or similar fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure setting.
Salary negotiable depending on experience
