Colleague Experience Specialist

- you'll play a hands-on role in designing and delivering initiatives that support colleagues to excel in their current roles and prepares them for future development.


What does it mean to be an Anchor Colleague Experience Specialist?






Deliver colleague experience initiatives and best practice which are aligned to business needs. Design and deliver guidance, resources and development on colleague experience processes and practices related to resourcing, performance, compliance, capability, and development. Coordinate and improve touchpoints across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, recognition, development etc). Act on evidence and survey results to integrate improvement design into projects and BAU Coordinate activities and support the implementation of initiatives that improve colleague skills and engagement Contribute to the rollout of change programmes, development initiatives, or culture campaigns. Support communication and development efforts. Align day-to-day activity with team objectives and contribute to the delivery of plans. Assist in gathering data and feedback to support organisational reviews and ensure compliance with regulation and standard Monitor people metrics (e.g., absence, turnover, training completion etc) and flag trends. Support reporting and dashboards for business areas.

You'll have a background in HR or Learning, ideally with CIPD Level 3 underway or completed.
