Colleague Experience Partner

, you'll work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues as a trusted partner - helping to attract, assess and select top talent that aligns with Anchor's values and drives our future success.


What does it mean to be an Anchor Colleague Experience Partner?




Partnering:

Collaborate with managers and HR to understand workforce needs, offering expert advice on recruitment strategies that support organisational goals.

Lead the Candidate Experience:

Ensure every candidate has a positive, inclusive recruitment journey, enhancing candidate engagement from application to onboarding.

Design Talent Solutions:

Develop, maintain and enhance the recruitment journey and talent pools that support workforce planning and career progression.

Employer Brand Advocate:

Work alongside marketing and HR teams to strengthen Anchor's reputation as an employer of choice, championing diversity and inclusion.

Project Management:

Lead and manage key projects that enhance recruitment processes while ensuring smooth day-to day resourcing operations.

Insights & Data:

Use data and recruitment metrics to identify trends, provide actionable insights that continuously improve recruitment outcomes. Producing and presenting reports and findings to key stakeholders to better support recruitment strategies.

Lead & Inspire:

Guide and develop a high-performing resourcing team to deliver exceptional resourcing and build a culture of continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?




Experienced Partner:

You'll have a background in recruitment or resourcing roles, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping talent strategies.

Analytical Thinker:

You're confident interpreting complex data, spotting trends, and using insights to make informed decisions.

People-Oriented Leader:

Excellent leadership skills - promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Experienced:

You'll have a background in HR or Recruitment, ideally with CIPD Level 5 underway or completed.

Influential Partner:

You build strong relationships, engage confidently at all levels, and influence recruitment decisions with clarity and empathy.

Problem Solver:

You approach challenges or conflicts professionally, practically and in a timely manner.

Project Management:

You have proven experience in delivering projects, coordinating resources, managing risk and resolving issues promptly, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Compliance:

You understand recruitment regulations and ensure all activity meets necessary standards throughout the hiring process.
